For a budget of 2 million this films REALLY good, it sold the story incredibly and was very faithful to the source material (iron lung game not the breathing apparatus or radiohead song). i mainly loved the claustrophobia combined with lovecraftian horror idea and how it represented it with the camera angles, pacing, what not. being honest i didnt really get the ending, but markiplier being on a theatre screen is four stars in and of itself.

if i had to decide which movie adaptation was better, minecraft or backrooms, i think id go with minecraft everytime.
this is a great horror movie, easy to digest if you dont know anything about the larger backrooms "lore*", but its lacking alot of substance, alot of the ideas it tries to communicate feel very vague and open ended, and when an idea does seem coherent, it often has plot holes or feel half assed.
if you like everything being spoon fed to you when you watch a movie, this is not for you.
* i use "lore" as a umbrella term, since backrooms doesnt have a solid identity or lore as it is more of an idea

One of the best albums of all time and probably radioheads best work (close to second with The Bends).
i struggle at describing what i like about music, but this albums kind of echoey, personal feel really resonates with me.
my favorite song is definetly "Reckoner". i love its streaching vocals, and the song really picks up towards the end making it so replayable despite sounding so winding. second either is "Weird Fishes" or "All I need", both have some of the best drums ive ever heard, with each using them sort of differently. I dont really like "Videotape", its far too gloomy feeling for me and it never really goes anywhere with its melody. overall, In Rainbows easily makes top 3 of my favorite albums of all time.

OK Computer feels really hit or miss at times for me, especially with songs like "Fitter, Happier" and "Electioneering", its kinda hard justifying 4 stars, but in the end this album really comes together. "Airbag" is ones of my favorite songs, and "Lucky" has been for a while.
what this album doesnt have going for it is replayability. this is not a highly replayable album. try listening to "The Tourist" 2 days in a row and tell me youd do it again.
that said, that doesnt make it a bad album. there are better works by radiohead, but for one of their earliest albums, ok computer is a great album.
